Job summary

PERFECT ROUND SDN BHD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction project activities in Malaysia. You will assist in coordinating daily tasks, liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel, and help monitor progress to keep management informed.

The role requires a valid driving licence, basic IT skills (Word/Excel), and the ability to work independently or in a team while delivering accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily construction project activities
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and records
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and arrangement of site works
• Attend site visits and meetings when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
