Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd seeks a construction coordinator to assist the general manager in planning and executing building projects in Johor. You will plan and coordinate daily construction activities, develop project plans, QA, and health & safety plans, and monitor progress with management.

You will analyze RFIs, process change orders, visit sites to assess progress, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure subcontractors meet quality requirements while communicating with clients and attending project

Qualifications

• Degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant high-rise construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and executing building construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Develop project, quality assurance, and health & safety plans.
• Analyze RFIs and monitor change orders.
• Provide admin support to GM as needed.
• Visit sites to assess progress and respond to client questions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials on site.
• Ensure subcontractor work meets quality requirements.
• Attend project meetings with clients and subcontractors.

Education

Degree in related field

2+ years experience in high-rise construction
