Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Engineer/Coordinator to plan, supervise, and monitor daily construction activities at project sites in Malaysia. You will ensure alignment with schedules, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

The role requires the ability to interpret technical drawings, manage site safety, and drive timely resolution of on-site issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site coordination practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and engineering documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or BIM software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site construction activities to align with schedule, specs, and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical/design issues.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and documents for accurate implementation.
