Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure work progresses according to schedule, and uphold safety standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience on building or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities to support efficient site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Support project managers and engineers in site coordination, meetings, and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
