Job summary

HBA Group in Malaysia seeks a professional with a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Project Management to support project and site administration. You will work with numbers, manage OT calculations, and use IT tools such as MS Office and IntoAEC to track progress.

You'll align subcontractor schedules with master timelines, maintain records, prepare simple progress reports, and assist management with daily tasks, ensuring safe site readiness and smooth material

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in project/site administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and office software.
• Able to work with numbers and calculate OT accurately.
• Positive attitude, proactive, responsible and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress through company construction project management software (IntoAEC).
• Align subcontractor work schedules with master project timelines, review material requisitions, and resolve on-site bottlenecks or delivery clashes.
• Remind management about pending work and deadlines.
• Ensure the job site has proper storage, safety equipment, and access readiness to receive materials and accommodate trade crews safely.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports.
• Calculate and verify workers' OT.
• Prepare monthly OT records for payroll.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
