Job summary

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IntoAEC is preferred; numerical tasks and OT calculations are part of the role. You will monitor daily work progress, track tasks, coordinate with site supervisors, and remind management about deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh Graduates in related fields are welcome.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and office software.
• Able to work with numbers and calculate OT accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in project/site administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress through company construction project management software (IntoAEC).
• Track completed, pending and overdue work.
• Follow up with site supervisors regarding outstanding work.
• Remind management about pending work and deadlines.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports.
• Calculate and verify workers' OT.
• Prepare monthly OT records for payroll.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
