Your role is to design, refine and scale site planning processes so our projects meet deadlines and quality targets. You will turn drawings and briefs into realistic schedules, and keep contractors and suppliers aligned day to day.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Create and maintain detailed site schedules from tender to handover, using MS Project or similar tools.
- Translate drawings and scope into phased activities, realistic lead times and resource plans.
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and propose corrective actions when delays appear.
- Coordinate material delivery timing to minimise downtime and storage on site.
Site Coordination & Execution
- Liaise daily with site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to align on sequence and constraints.
- Attend site meetings and produce clear action logs and follow-ups to keep work on track.
- Support the site team in resolving clashes between trades and adjusting plans in real time.
- Track critical milestones and escalation risks to project leads with proposed mitigation steps.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain planning records, progress reports and as-built updates for project files and audits.
- Prepare permit and inspection checklists to ensure activities comply with site safety and regulatory requirements.
- Compile weekly progress reports with simple visuals to inform stakeholders of schedule health.
- Assist in lessons-learned sessions to improve future planning accuracy.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in construction planning or site coordination on building projects.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting medium-sized projects with multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
- Demonstrable track record of producing schedules that were used on live sites.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Planning and scheduling tools, ideally MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD or drawing interpretation to extract programme activities.
- Familiarity with construction procurement, permits and on-site logistics.
- Ability to prepare clear progress reports and basic schedule risk analyses.

- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with supervisors, contractors and suppliers.
- Organised approach with good attention to detail and time management.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on pragmatic, on-site solutions.
