Job summary

AJC Ventures is seeking to support contract administration and coordination between our site and office in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves monitoring equipment movement and ensuring proper document control to support pre-contract activities.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Mandarin proficiency may be beneficial for interactions with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior exposure to construction industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support.
• Coordinate between site and office.
• Monitor machinery: machines, excavators, cranes, movement.
• Track counter weights, steel plates and tool movement.
• Assist on ISO (Document control).
• Assist in handling quotations, negotiation and pricing.
• Assist with all pre-contract documentation.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management and Purchasing & Contract Manager.
