Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Tender Manager to oversee the full tender lifecycle from enquiry through award. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, pricing schedules and all supporting documentation to win bids.

You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors for timely submissions, administer contracts, monitor obligations, and liaise with finance on invoicing and payments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle from enquiry until award.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, pricing schedules and all supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors for timely and accurate submissions.
• Administer contracts, monitor obligations and support commercial and contractual matters.
• Coordinate logistics and material deliveries, including import/export documentation.
• Support procurement activities and supplier coordination.
• Maintain tender database and ensure proper document control.
• Liaise with finance for invoicing and payment follow up.
