Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering Management, Public Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, tendering, marketing operations, or commercial support within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction project development, tendering procedures, pre-qualification requirements, bid documentation, and basic contract administration.
• Ability to track project opportunities, maintain client and project databases, coordinate with stakeholders, and support business development initiatives.
• Experience in compiling tender documents, preparing submissions, maintaining corporate credentials, and coordinating documentation within deadlines.
• Excellent written Chinese, with the ability to independently prepare reports and presentation materials; working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track potential project opportunities and maintain pipelines.
• Coordinate client records and information with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Coordinate collection, formatting, and filing of tender documents and submissions.
• Maintain and update project information and internal approval workflows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on opportunities, tenders, and progress.
• Collect, organize, and analyze market intelligence and project data.
• Maintain company profiles, licenses, certificates, and other corporate documentation.
• Prepare business development presentations and supporting materials.
• Assist with meeting arrangements and travel for business development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
