• Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate input across Project, Finance, Legal, and HSE departments.
• Prepare and manage timely submission of complete and compliant tender proposals.
• Identify new tender platforms and manage company registrations.
• Maintain active vendor profiles on relevant platforms.
• Track tender postings, updates, and deadlines for readiness.
