RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Tender Manager to lead end-to-end bids for local and international projects in Malaysia, ensuring timely submission and competitive pricing.

The role requires a degree in QS/Construction Management or related field, 3+ years in tendering, familiarity with CIDB/JKR, and strong English/Chinese communication; you will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years tendering, bidding, or commercial support experience (2+ years in Malaysia).
• Strong knowledge of CIDB, JKR procurement, tax and employment regulations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English; proficient in Chinese and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end tendering for local and international engineering and procurement projects in Malaysia.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain to develop bids.
• Monitor tender market trends and maintain database of tender materials and supplier quotations.
• Support post-tender activities including contract signing and handover; mitigate commercial risks.
