Job summary

You will identify opportunities, prepare presentations and tender materials, and develop preliminary engineering proposals while coordinating with clients and internal technical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field as stated.
• At least 3 years in business development within construction or civil engineering.
• Familiar with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and pursue business opportunities in construction and engineering.
• Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and manage post‑meeting follow‑ups.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, tender packages, and submissions.
• Formulate preliminary engineering proposals, concept sketches, and solution frameworks.
• Conduct market research on upcoming infrastructure projects, competitors, and market demand.
