Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years of BD/marketing experience in construction, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel to meet clients and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, QS, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven BD or marketing experience in construction/property.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients, developers, consultants, local governments and authorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tender projects and construction contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers and design consultants to secure future collaborations.
• Ability to establish connections with local governments or relevant authorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
