Job summary

Isente Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Computer Technician for our on-site team in Cyberjaya. This full-time role covers diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and routine maintenance to keep operations smooth.

You will provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot network connectivity and OS problems, and coordinate repairs while maintaining accurate service records and supporting system integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be proficient in providing technical support for hardware and software issues with clear, customer-focused communication.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, component replacement, and ensuring reliable system performance.
• Ability to diagnose system failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Knowledge of installing, configuring, updates, and basic security practices for desktops and laptops.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts, detail-oriented documentation, and teamwork.
• A relevant IT diploma/degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
