Job summary

Infotanic Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Technician to provide basic IT support for staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices. You will handle installations, updates and user accounts while ensuring equipment stays in good condition.

The ideal candidate has IT-related education, basic networking knowledge and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and good communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic network, internet and system problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure IT equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist with software installation, updates and user account setup.
• Maintain records of IT equipment and provide technical support when required.
• Assist with other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
