Job summary

YP Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software for staff across our Malaysia operations.

You will handle Windows OS deployments, maintain IT equipment such as printers and scanners, and provide day-to-day technical support, resolving issues independently and helping keep systems up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Technician / IT Support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Install and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
• Maintain and service computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment
• Carry out other IT-related duties as assigned
