Responsibilities

• Assist in the diagnosis and repair of computer hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems.
• Provide technical support to customers for hardware and software problems.
• Install and configure new computer hardware and software.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical tasks.
