Job summary

TopBest Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible Computer Technician in Penang, Butterworth to diagnose, repair and configure IT equipment. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, networks and remote support, with documentation of service work and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates hold IT-related certificates or diplomas, have basic networking knowledge, and can travel for onsite assignments when required. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant experience in IT/Computer Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Able to troubleshoot independently.
• Willing to travel for onsite assignments when required (Compulsory).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems, software and drivers.
• Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Set up printers, networks and other IT devices.

• Record completed jobs and maintain proper service documentation.
