Directional Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant (full time) to support secretarial and corporate administration tasks. The role involves preparing resolutions, handling statutory filings, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with standard SOPs.

A Diploma or Degree holders in Corporate Administration is particularly suitable for this position, as the course provides relevant knowledge for corporate secretarial and company administration work.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions
Handle statutory forms and corporate filings in compliance with the Companies Act 2016
Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers
Support submission of documents to relevant authorities
Prepare and organise corporate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Perform document checking to ensure accuracy before submission
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist in XBRL / data entry submissions where required
Follow internal SOPs and checklist procedures before submission for review
Assist with general company secretarial and administrative work as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
With or without company secretarial experience.
Strong attention to detail is essential
Ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines
Comfortable working with documents, names, numbers, and formal wording
Able to follow instruction and structured SOPs carefully without making assumptions
Willing to learn company secretarial and compliance-related work
Responsible and disciplined in meeting deadlines
Good organisation skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Good written and spoken English.
On-the-job training in company secretarial work
Exposure to corporate compliance and statutory filings
Practical experience in handling statutory records and corporate documentations.
Annual salary review based on performance

3 months probation, extendable up to 6 months where necessary.
