Job summary

WSPACE (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Community Engagement Specialist to interact with members daily, organize events, and foster connections within the network. You will support onboarding, handle space operations, and contribute to marketing efforts to keep members informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience in community spaces or member-focused environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to travel or relocate when required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with community members daily, build relationships and belonging.
• Address queries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously.
• Organize and coordinate community events, workshops and networking sessions.
• Plan, promote and execute onsite and offsite events.
• Liaise between members and businesses to foster connections.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and cross-promotion.
• Manage space operations including access control and maintenance.
• Assist onboarding of new members and conduct orientation sessions.
• Handle administrative duties: client management, invoicing tracking and records.
• Develop and implement communication strategies via newsletters, social media and website updates.
• Mediate conflicts and provide guidance to maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Gather feedback to improve offerings and member satisfaction.
• Engage with local businesses to develop partnerships and sponsorships.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
