Job summary

w.media is seeking a energetic and organised Community Specialist to support its Southeast Asia activities. This junior role focuses on building and engaging a community of data center, cloud, AI and digital infrastructure professionals, working with Sales and Marketing to grow event participation and client campaigns.

You will be comfortable communicating with professionals via email, LinkedIn and phone, help with delegate acquisition, CRM data, and sponsor/prospect outreach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent English for regional and international communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with CRM like HubSpot is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and invite industry professionals to attend events.
• Engage delegates via email, LinkedIn, phone.
• Build and maintain relationships across data center, cloud, AI, digital infrastructure sectors.
• Support delegate registration and follow-up with participants.
• Grow Southeast Asia industry database and community.
• Research potential sponsors, exhibitors and business prospects.
• Assist Sales with lead generation and client meetings.
