Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Event Management or related field.
• Mandarin speaking and Chinese reading are required.
• Willing to make calls, listen, learn and apply feedback.
• Responsible, punctual and organized; basic WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets skills.
• Available for a three-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce courses and events; understand inquiries and follow up with interested participants.
• Respond to enquiries via phone and WhatsApp with clear, accurate information.
• Assist with registrations, attendance confirmations, reminders and participant support.
• Support WhatsApp community updates and online learning sessions.
• Assist with event preparation, registration counters and on-site coordination.
• Maintain contact records, schedule follow-ups and submit daily updates and weekly reports.
• Work toward outreach and service-quality targets under supervision.
