Job summary

ONEarth Malaysia seeks a proactive relationship manager to support active members and business partners, ensuring they feel supported, connected and engaged with ONEarth. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, tracking progress and gathering feedback to improve the member experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with members and partners.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive and organised with good follow-up discipline.
• Capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, CRM systems, spreadsheets and basic digital tools.
• Experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, community management, sales support or business development is an advantage.
• Experience in the pet industry is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ONEarth's members and key community partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and member groups.
• Regularly follow up with members to understand their progress, challenges and needs.
• Help members understand ONEarth programmes, campaigns, events, products and available resources.
• Support active members in planning activities, events, sharing sessions and community initiatives.
• Identify members who may need additional support or opportunities for further development.
• Coordinate closely with management, sales, marketing and operations teams to resolve member issues.
• Track member engagement, activities and progress.
• Encourage participation in ONEarth events, training, campaigns and community programmes.
• Maintain strong communication through WhatsApp, calls, online meetings and occasional face-to-face meetings.
• Gather feedback from members and provide insights to management on how ONEarth can improve the overall member experience.
