Job summary

WOW CORP is seeking an energetic and proactive individual for an entry-level role in events, exhibitions and client servicing. You will support projects from proposal to setup, show days and dismantling, assisting with sales inquiries, quotations and presentations.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible hours, own transport and travel to venues may be required; training and guidance will be provided by experienced Managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project venues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint or Canva is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales enquiries, quotations, proposals and presentations
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, contractors and crew
• Support the planning of events, exhibitions, roadshows and product launches
• Assist with client meetings, site visits and project documentation
• Be involved in on-site setup, rehearsals, show days and dismantling
• Support the Manager in handling operational issues and last-minute changes
• Assist with marketing and company promotional activities when required
