The ideal candidate will have experience with G code and M code, demonstrate the ability to read engineering drawings, and possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, updating check sheets, and ensuring cleanliness in the workspace. This role is essential for maximizing output and ensuring quality in production.

Qualifications

Job description

Perform preventive maintenance services necessary of the CNC machine in daily, monthly and annually.

Update the daily maintenance check sheet before operating the CNC machine.

Follow the daily planned CNC machines, output and directly confirm with superior or planner for any enquiries or issues related to the machine operation.

Perform inspection and calibration if any necessary to all equipment daily before usage.

Setup CNC machine according to the tool list and use other tool substitute if necessary, with superior validation.

Perform visual and dimension inspection to the material blank before load into CNC machine.

Operate CNC machine in comply with target plan and CNC machine running ration while take responsibility to maximize output quantity without diminishing quality and maximize CNC machine running time.

Perform visual and important dimension inspection to the finished goods either by full inspection if finished goods.

Perform sorting, rework and recut to the finished goods in necessary before proceeding to the next section.

Responsible to the working area in terms of cleanliness, tidiness, organized and systemic.

Involves in troubleshoot and improvement activities.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Able to read and write G code and M code.
• Able to operate CNC machine or at least have experience on CNC machines hand on.
• Have some knowledge about geometric dimensioning and tolerancing system or at least able to understand engineering drawings.
• Minimum supervision and self-discipline.
• Candidate must posses at least SPM, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
