Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Machining or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as CNC Machinist.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup.
• Familiar with Fanuc CNC controllers.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to work instructions.
• Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces; set tool and work offsets.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Ensure machined parts meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T.
• Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling, and setup issues.
• Support CNC operators and guide them during production runs.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Record production data, setup details, and issues accurately.

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and supporting CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. Key responsibilities
