Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Milling Machine Operator to run 3- and 5-axis machines in a manufacturing environment. You will load/unload materials and tools, perform basic setups under guidance, and monitor processes to ensure product quality.

The role requires attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork to follow SOPs. Basic understanding of engineering drawings is preferred and 5S discipline will be practiced daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or high school certificate or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork, communication and discipline in following SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (3-axis and 5-axis) according to instructions.
• Load/unload materials, parts, and tools into machines.
• Perform basic machine setup with guidance.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality.
• Inspect parts and report issues to CNC Machinist or Supervisors.
• Maintain production records and count parts.
• Keep a clean, organized work area following 5S.

Job description

Operate CNC machines (3 axis and 5 axis) according to work instructions and specifications.

Load/unload materials, parts, and tools into machines.

Perform basic machine setup with guidance.

Monitor machining processes to ensure product quality.

Inspect parts using measuring tools and report any issues to CNC Machinist or Supervisors.

Maintain production records, and count parts.

Maintain a clean work area (5S practices)

Requirements:
