Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for cloud and infrastructure technologies in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The role focuses on building a strong foundation in IT support, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions, with opportunities to grow.

Based at KL Sentral, working hours 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday; PH replacement leave applies. Candidates should be passionate about technology and delivering high-quality customer outcomes

Qualifications

Experience in the enterprise customer arena.
Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management.
Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation.
Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen.
Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change.
Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level.
Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for cloud and infrastructure technologies.
Solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.
Examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
