Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design, build and maintain the foundational computing platform, ensuring high availability and security. The role involves providing comprehensive IT support, monitoring systems, and engaging with stakeholders on critical projects.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT and a minimum of 3 years in network troubleshooting, with experience in Linux and Windows environments. Candidates with cloud knowledge will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in network and server troubleshooting/support.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• For senior position: at least 3 years’ experience in supervising or team lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support during company’s events.
• Monitor systems backup and maintain infrastructure.
• Engage with stakeholders for smooth deployment of critical tasks.
