You will provide first-level cloud product support, troubleshoot issues, monitor resources, assist with account setup, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the region.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in Chinese and English.
