COMBO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Cloud Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support Center.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals passionate about cloud computing and building skills in technical support, cloud operations, and infrastructure technologies. You will provide first-level cloud product support, troubleshoot issues, monitor resources, assist with account setup, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the region.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive learning attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Applicants MUST possess valid Malaysian working rights.
• NO work visa will be applied for.
• Preferred: Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for cloud products and services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
• Monitor cloud resources, services, and system performance.
• Support cloud account setup, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
• Maintain support records and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical training, certification programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality customer support and service excellence.
