Job summary

O2Klinik in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Clinic Assistant to welcome patients, manage check-ins, and guide them to consultation rooms.

You will support doctors and nurses during examinations, assist with medications, and help ensure a clean, orderly clinic environment. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required in this patient-focused role.

Qualifications

• SPM/'O' Level or Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with medical office software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates discretion with confidential information.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
