Jora Malaysia is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support patient registration, examination procedures, and medication dispensing. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, attention to detail, and strong patient-focused communication.

Education:
At least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate / Clinic assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using medical office software and patient management systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and data.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on clinic needs.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with registration and provide updates on waiting times and assigned consultation rooms.
Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
Support clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with care, ensuring professionalism and safety.
Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and medications to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Ensure the clinic area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
