Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of a specialist clinic in Penang. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle front desk tasks, and help ensure patients have a pleasant and efficient healthcare experience.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and entry-level candidates. Proficiency in English, BM, Mandarin, and Hokkien is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients, with diploma as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
• Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Support, or related field is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
• Greet and assist patients professionally and courteously.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries.
• Assist doctors during consultations and prepare consultation rooms when required.
• Dispense medication and perform basic administrative duties according to clinic procedures (where applicable).
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of medical and office supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Comply with all clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and standard operating procedures.
