Job summary

Klinik Tuah Bandar Sri Permaisuri in Cheras KL invites applications for a Clinic Assistant. You will register patients, explain basic treatments, assist doctors, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly and safely.

Working hours are 9am‑4pm and 2pm‑9pm on rotating shifts, with Saturdays off. Benefits include SOCSO & EPF, annual leave, public holidays, sick leave, training, annual dinner/trip, and a potential annual bonus.

About the Position:

• Position : Clinic Assistant

Job Scope:

• Register patients and ensure the information in the system is accurate.
• Provide basic explanations to patients regarding treatment procedures or medications prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist patients who require physical help, such as the elderly or disabled.

Assistance to Doctors:

• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and provide equipment or medications during treatment.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Record and Documentation Management:

• Safeguard and keep patient medical records confidential.
• Update medical supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Manage daily and monthly reports related to clinic operations.

Pharmacy Management (if required):

• Handle medications at the pharmacy counter.
• Provide basic instructions to patients on how to use medications (based on the doctor’s instructions).

General Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including the registration counter and waiting area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and message and responding to patient inquiries.
• Adhere to clinic safety and cleanliness standards.
