You will greet patients, manage appointments and records, handle inquiries and payments, assist practitioners, maintain facilities, and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival
• Managing appointment scheduling, booking systems, and patient records
• Handling telephone enquiries and responding to patient requests
• Processing patient payments, invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting practitioners with patient preparation and treatment room setup
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of clinic facilities and treatment rooms
• Ordering and restocking medical supplies, materials and equipment
• Supporting practitioners with administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry
• Providing information to patients about treatments, services and clinic policies
• Managing patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Annura Clinic is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in Changlun, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our natural therapies and alternative medicine clinic. As Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure an excellent patient experience. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high standards of care and professionalism across all clinic activities.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Managing appointment scheduling, booking systems, and patient records using clinic management software
• Handling telephone enquiries and responding to patient requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Processing patient payments, invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting practitioners with patient preparation and treatment room setup
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of clinic facilities and treatment rooms
• Ordering and restocking medical supplies, materials and equipment as required
• Supporting practitioners with administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry
