Job summary

KLINIK ANDIRA is hiring a Clinic Assistant for a full-time position based in Bukit Puchong 2, Malaysia. You will support smooth clinic operations, work closely with medical professionals, and handle administrative tasks as well as patient care to ensure a great patient experience.

The role involves greeting patients, registering them, booking appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with exam room setup. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage (training provided).
• Friendly, caring and responsible personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Editing Canva, TikTok and social platforms is a plus.
