Job summary

Premier Farnell is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Penang, Malaysia. You will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, and communicate dispositions while researching and resolving issues and orders.

You will support sales teams and external customers with quotes, order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepancy resolution. You may also participate in process improvements and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.
• May require fluency in more than one language.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Expedite critical orders and track status.
• Prepare quotes and manage invoices, returns and credits.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records.
• Other duties as assigned.
