Job summary

Premium Outlets in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Advisor on a 2-month contract to deliver premium service and drive sales. You will upsell, cross-sell, and assist clients throughout their shopping journey.

You will maintain store standards, handle stock and inventory, and ensure a safe, visually appealing environment while working retail hours. Prior fashion/luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Fashion/Luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury, able to work retail hours.

Deliver personalized and professional client service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products.

Support clients throughout the sales journey, including product inquiries and after-sales service.

Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.

Operate the inventory management system accurately for stock transfer, payments, stock inquiry, and client data input.

Perform store duties assigned by team leaders and management.

Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.

Maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry

Good communication and accurate articulation to facilitate effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Passionate in fashion and luxury, willing to work retail hours.

Has a strong and consistent client development mindset, willing to go the extra mile to provide stellar service.
