Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor in fashion retail to deliver personalized service and build loyal client relationships. You will drive sales by understanding client desires, manage CRM updates, and maintain a pristine store and stockroom.

The role requires at least 1 year in fashion retail, strong communication, empathy, storytelling, and a client-first attitude. Travel allowance, commission, performance bonus, and a 13th month salary are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant experience within fashion retail.
• Caring, authentic trusted Client Advisor with a passion for style.
• Powerful communicator with empathy and client centric approach.

• Deep knowledge of luxury client desires and experiences.
• Excellent storytelling and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual KPIs including UPT and conversion rate.
• Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting to head office.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neat stockroom; merchandise with care.
• Ensure stock transfers are properly recorded to minimize loss.
• Acquire new clients to database and develop relationships with regular updates.
