Job summary

Amphenol Malaysia seeks a warehouse data entry clerk to support inbound/outbound movements and maintain accurate inventory records at its Seberang Perai site. You will perform ERP data entry, prepare shipping documents, and keep KPI and 5S housekeeping up to date.

Role requires 1–2 years of warehousing experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with warehouse processes. Training and career growth opportunities available in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory data entry.
• Store management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform system daily receiving transaction.
• Record all incoming direct and indirect shipment into manual log book and Excel file.
• Publish the pending receiving transaction to whiteboard and inform departments.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Update KPI reports.
• Check & verify daily IDN and daily MRF reports.
• Generate and print materials labels (backup).
• Backup MRF and MTR forms.
• File documents properly for easy tracking and audit.
• Housekeeping and 5S.
• Handle day-to-day data entry into Oracle for goods receiving.
• Prepare RTV when goods are rejected or to be returned to vendor.
• Prepare MRB when goods are rejected or to be returned to customers.
• Handle other tasks as requested by superior.

• Preparing RTV (Return to Vendor) when found goods rejection or material to be return to vendor when it is necessary.
• Preparing MRB (Material Return Board) when found goods rejection or material to be return to Customers when it is necessary.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
