Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, process, and store incoming goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and timely stock checks.

You will pick, pack, and dispatch orders, help keep the store/warehouse clean, run basic SQL queries to verify inventory, and follow health and safety procedures. Forklift certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse administration, or logistics management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with inventory databases.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse administration, or logistics management

Basic knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and familiarity with inventory databases.

Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Physical fitness and stamina to handle routine manual tasks and stock handling

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Basic numeracy skills for inventory management and order processing

Relevant forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
