Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities, billing, and order processing. You will help manage stock, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate handling of returns and shipments, working closely with warehouse staff.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A minimum education of SPM or Diploma, along with computer skills and proficiency in BM and English, is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM or Diploma.
• Experience in related field is a plus.
• Fresh graduate is eligible to apply.
• Computer skills.
• Able to communicate in BM and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Manage billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Filing documents and receipt payments.
• Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
• Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
• Process stock returns and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.
• Check driver’s daily delivery summary.
• Inspect all orders received and shipped for damage, defects, and shortages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
