Job summary

GLOBALTRON-PLC TECHNOLOGIES SDN.BHD in Johor, Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage daily receiving, stock control and material issuance. You will ensure accurate documentation, proper labeling and compliant storage in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily receiving, checking and issuing of raw materials, components, spare parts and finished goods.
• Check incoming goods against Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and related documents.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Received Note (GRN) and other store documentation.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
• Arrange and store materials systematically with proper identification and labelling.
• Issue materials to the Production Department according to authorized material requests.
• Monitor stock quantity and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Perform regular stock checking and assist in monthly/yearly stock take.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Prepare materials according to production schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA/QC and Logistics regarding material requirements and stock movement.
• Maintain proper filing of store and inventory documents.
• Ensure the store/warehouse area is clean, organized and complies with company safety requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Follow company procedures, SOPs and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
