Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang is recruiting an Inventory/Warehouse Clerk to track, coordinate and maintain inventory receipt, storage and withdrawal, and to issue raw materials to production. You will print and label barcodes, receive goods, and ensure proper storage locations.

Additional duties include handling supplier deliveries, performing incoming inspections, coordinating stock transfers, and supporting monthly KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Good attendance record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track, coordinate and maintain the inventory receipt, storage and withdrawal.
• Issuance of raw materials to production.
• Print and label barcode on raw materials.
• Return raw materials to the right place.
• Handle receiving of goods and supplier deliveries for direct and indirect items.
• Perform incoming inspection to ensure quality and quantity.

• Tracking, coordinating and maintaining the inventory receipt, storage and withdrawal

• Return raw materials to the right place
• Handle of receiving
• Attend to all supplier delivery for direct and indirect items receiving
• Perform incoming inspection to ensure quality and quantity is received in correct manner

• Handle of internal branch stock transfer.
• Coordinate and participate on schedule stock count to ensure inventory accuracy at all time.
• Raise PR for all production / warehouse items needed.
• Handling and coordinating scrap, valuable waste disposal and selling activities.
• Meeting the monthly KPI.
• Able to work 5.5days per week.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
