Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, store, and issue goods, ensuring stock accuracy and proper labeling. You will coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and conduct regular stock checks in a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing experience, ability to operate pallet jacks (forklift license a plus), and basic computer skills for data entry. High reliability and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing or inventory control preferred.
• Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks; forklift license is an added advantage).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and stock tracking (experience with Excel or WMS is a plus).
• Honest, reliable, and responsible with a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match delivery orders.

• Assist with packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
