Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, store, and issue goods, ensuring stock accuracy and proper labeling. You will coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and conduct regular stock checks in a safe, organized warehouse environment.
The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing experience, ability to operate pallet jacks (forklift license a plus), and basic computer skills for data entry. High reliability and a proactive attitude are essential.

Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match delivery orders.
Arrange and store items in designated locations for easy retrieval and tracking.
Issue materials and products based on job orders or delivery instructions.
Receive and process job orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill job order requirements.
Perform periodic stock checks and assist in monthly/yearly stock takes.
Update inventory records in the warehouse system or manually, where applicable.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure stock accuracy and proper labelling of all items.
Assist with packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing or inventory control preferred.
Able to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks; forklift license is an added advantage).
Basic computer skills for data entry and stock tracking (experience with Excel or WMS is a plus).
Able to handle manual work.
Honest, reliable, and responsible with a good attitude.
