Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Support to assist in tracking opportunities, maintain client relationships, support meetings with prepared materials and follow-ups, and represent the company at industry conferences and events to boost visibility.

The role includes Proposal & Tender Support: preparing technical proposals, costing and documentation; Technical Support: developing preliminary engineering solutions and drawings using AutoCad, Plaxis, Talren, GeoSlope and

Competenze

Minimum 3 year experience of geotechnical design / business development
Exposure to tender, technical submissions, or client coordination
Experience with contractors/consultants/developers is an advantage

Mansioni

Assist in tracking opportunities and maintaining client relationships
Support meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility
