Job summary

TGV Cinemas SDN BHD is hiring a Part Time Customer Relations Officer at the Alamanda branch to help guests enjoy their cinema experience. You will greet guests, answer questions about show times and promotions, and assist with tickets, seating, and directions while promoting the brand on social media.

As part of the cinema operations team, you will keep the venue clean, manage queues during busy times, record feedback, report issues, and ensure a friendly, calm, and helpful service mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
