Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team member for a Branch Sales & Service role. You will provide superior customer service, handle transactions, and support cross-selling of bank products.

The position requires a diploma or higher, cash handling and sales experience, plus relevant banking licenses. You will work with the team to meet service targets and ensure operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder and above.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
• Licensing Requirements: FIMM / UT license, PCE & TBE licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide branch service and cross-sell bank products as applicable.
• Assist in managing branch queue time per Service Level Agreement.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other bank products accurately and timely.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and use i-Pads/devices for customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and a clean, professional work area; attend trainings.
